Booking policy

Valid credit card details, bank deposit or cheque are required to confirm and complete the booking process. Credit cards are pre-authorised 4 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check in time, forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.

Failure to arrive

In the event of a no show the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Arrival and departures

Check in time is 2.00pm, however, guests arriving prior to this time, may be provided with their room if it is available.
Guaranteed access to rooms prior to 2.00pm can only be provided if the reservation includes the prior night.
Check out time is 10.00am. Consideration must be given at all times to the preparation of the units for in coming guests.

Payment

Payment: your credit card will be charged on the morning of your arrival unless prior arrangement has been made with Harbour View Motel If the credit card is not a valid credit card, your booking will be cancelled.

Please note that a surcharge of 2.5% will apply to all credit card payments made at the motel. Alternatively you may wish to pay by cash or EFTPOS which will not incur surcharge.

Visitors/damage

No visitors are permitted in units after 10.00pm. Any damage to the room or property will be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable. As this complex has limited parking space, visitors with vehicles must leave them on the street. In consideration of all our guests, please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of the units. There are ash trays supplied on the balconies for your use. If you are smoking please give consideration to other guests. If you do smoke in any of the units then you will be charged appropriate cleaning, damage and loss of income costs.

Pets

This facility does not permit animals/birds in the units under any circumstances. The exception being Seeing Eye Dogs by arrangement. If there is any evidence of animals/birds having been in a unit then we reserve the right to charge for the appropriate cleaning, damage and loss of income.
