Guest's laundry washer and dryer facilities are available or there is an outside drying facility available for those guests who would prefer to have the Picton sun and breeze dry their laundry. Complimentary laundry powder provided.

All our studios and apartments have a fully-equipped kitchenette including microwave, two hot plates, electric fry pan, pots, electric jug, toaster, crockery, cutlery, coffee plunger etc. A range of complimentary teas and coffees also hot chocolate is provided for your enjoyment.

For our guests convenience whilst walking the Queen Charlotte Track or visiting the Marlborough Sounds, we can offer secure luggage storage in our lockup area.

Each studio and apartment has a generous sized ensuite bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, heated mirror and hair dryer.
